The Revolution Will Not be Televised is brilliant; a great exposition of how raw power can be won and lost in moments.
Also recently saw The Fog of War which is very good.
Zizek! is a must watch
I love Fog of War and need to review it on here sometime.
I’ve not seen Zizek but I’m assuming it’s a about the philosopher Slavoj Zizek. I’m not too familiar with his work but I did read a analysis of the Alfred Hitchcock film Psycho once (at least I think it was him). I’ll have a look for it online.

Wonderful list – have already started sending it around to friends.
I’m glad you like the list
. I’m going to keep updating it every Thursday with new reviews of both modern and classic political documentaries. If you want to suggest any you think I should review just add them to the comments and I’ll add them to my list.

OK then… you asked for it! – here are some top quality recommendations…. all can be watched on youtube etc.
Isn’t the internet amazing! I mean, if we had to rely on the (UK) television we’d know nothing about geo/politics and history ……. although admittedly we would all be experts on whales, dinosaurs, period homes, more whales, WW2 trivia, bronze age roof construction, more dinosaurs trivia and so on…..
